General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)


& GDPR welcomes the introduction of GDPR in May 2018, and fully subscribes to the spirit & intention of the new legislation. has always taken all information security seriously including that of personal data regardless as to whether is considered a processor or controller, under the current Data Protection Act, and the new GDPR regulations being introduced in May 2018.

In terms of the GDPR, has been working towards being fully compliant throughout 2017 into 2018 to ensure that customers can be certain they are dealing with a fully compliant GDPR business. The work will conclude prior to the May 2018 date for introduction of the regulation. operates full data security following recommended practises, not limited to data encryption and other methods of data security. fully supports the data rights of individuals. is committed to data confidentiality. regularly reviews data protection & security. is carrying out Privacy Impact Assessments as necessary. will provide additional information in due course to clients requesting further information.


Assessment has been conducting initial assessments and has determined that processes data in the following way.

1. Uses a subcontractor (data processor) in the form of this website.

2. A data processor of third party data.

3. A data controller or processor of data such as activity relating to direct marketing for school services, and customers, including photography & marketing services (website, signage & general marketing)


Current Activity is amending its activities & procedures as necessary to fully comply with GDPR following a thorough and ongoing assessment. My assessments are reviewed following updated GDPR guidance as required, so is an ongoing process.

The website and marketing activity terms & conditions / privacy policy are being updated so that customers have the assurance that they will be contacted and treated in accordance with GDPR requirements. The website will contain privacy policies clearly outlined and identified, specifically referencing GDPR as required. is following updates to the GDPR interpretation using the information provided by the Information Commissioners Office (ICO), ensuring that most recent guidelines are followed.


Updates to will provide additional information in due course to clients requesting further information. This statement will be updated as we move towards the GDPR introduction, an updated version can be provided on request, once available. This is statement version 1.
